Our poultry is sourced only from local farms. Chickens are fed a GM free diet and of course no anti biotics are used on birds. Every bird is identified by a unique 20 digit barcode providing the ultimate in traceability right back to the farm and beyond. Our main supplier's family has over 100 years experience in producing chicken.

By means of horse and cart they began collecting hens, rabbits and farm produce from local farms and then selling them from door to door locally. The horse and cart was replaced by a motor vehicle in 1925 and the vehicle soon became one of the main attractions and "well kent" sights in our area. Today they are of course one of most respected suppliers in the country. As well as our chicken range, we also have Turkeys, Pheasants and Partridges at Christmas time.
