We rear traditional Scottish Breeds dominated by Aberdeen Angus. It has always been our opinion that the Aberdeen Angus is by far the "King of the Beef World". The beef is hung for a minimum of fourteen days to ensure that you receive only the most succulent and tastiest of cuts.
