There are many myths about the Scottish Haggis, the ingredients and of course the correct way to cook and eat it. As for cooking, and how you accompany it, is also down to personal choice although my granny would always have a dish of mashed potatoes and mashed neeps (turnips) piping hot on the table, but who is to say that it is not to be eaten with chips and baked beans? - I know my granny wouldn’t but she never watched satellite tv either !!
