On the 1^st of October, Ian Miller went into partnership with two of Scotland's most experienced chefs, Craig Mellor and Darin Campbell. Both have impressive credentials within the industry and have won numerous accolades for their skills. Darin worked as Head Chef in both Restaurant Andrew Fairlie @ Gleneagles and Ballachulish Country House Hotel he has also worked for Gordon Ramsay in London and even been a finalist in the Prestigious Roux Brothers Scholarship. Craig started his career with Darin in the luxury Sheraton Grand Hotel in Edinburgh , after 2 years there he spent 5 years at the Gleneagles Hotel and then worked at the Three Chimneys Restaurant on the Isle of Skye. Most recently Craig served as Executive Chef on a luxury Cruise liner and has spent the summer working for the Royal Family.Both of the Chefs have won numerous awards and accolades within the Industry including Gold medals at the salon Culinaire and a gold medal at the World Culinary Grand Prix. We are now pleased to announce the relaunch of our eatery, bringing a fresh change in menus and a new style of cuisine. The Chefs use all of the farms own produce as well as local suppliers and are passionate about bringing you fresh tasty food from field to fork.

All of our organic food is certified by the soil association in the uk by sopa (scottish organic producers association),

Jamesfield Farm is 300 acres sprawled along the banks of the River Earn on the Perthshire and Fife border. I am Ian Miller, and along with my brother Roy, we own and manage the farm.

On the farm, we rear our own animals and grow our own vegetables. We also have an onsite butchery, bakery, restauraunt and shop.
